Helpful Ordering Tips

• IMPORTANT: Once an order is submitted the “Requester” will receive a copy as confirmation the order was received.
• Orders are placed 1:00PM Tuesday and Thursday as needed.
• It is helpful if all items are submitted with one request. Piecemeal requests will be held until the next scheduled order date.
• Standard orders take a minimum of (3) business days from the date processed to be delivered to campus.
• Restricted items can take a minimum of (5) business days to be received, once another source provider is found.
• Research Related Orders cannot be placed here.
