The lab is focused on utilizing single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics/proteomics, and Nanopore long-read sequencing technologies to understand molecular mechanisms of prostate and other genitourinary cancers, identify prognostic/therapeutic biomarkers, and develop novel therapeutic approaches for advanced diseases.  We study genetic and epigenetic regulation in tumor cells as well as how tumor-intrinsic factors regulate the tumor microenvironment to control tumor progression and response to immunotherapies.
